Cabbage Hall Refurbishment

Written by Artisan Range. Posted in Current Projects

Following the meeting of the Breck Road action group Total Reuse called into the old Cabbage Hall pub. The fire damaged former pub popular with Liverpool football fans is being brought back to life as a new hotel complex. Located in Breck Road near Anfield Stadium, and dating back to Victorian times, the building was the target of a suspected arson attack in summer 2010.

Plans were submitted to Liverpool City Council by Dales Management Company to bring the 2.5-storey building back into use as a 69-bedroom hotel and pub. Dales have started to refurbish and extend the current premises, which date back to the early 1900s, by adding an additional storey across the width of the building and four-storey extensions to either end. The ground floor of the building would house the new pub, hotel entrance, five bedrooms and a 580 sq ft retail unit with the remaining rooms to be constructed in the extensions.

Total Reuse have been commissioned to manufacture 40 tables for main restaurant and have already supplied a replacement mirror and mantel re-manufactured from timbers salvaged during the demolition of Vienna Street.

Once the mirror was in place we started on the tables.
