Director of Operations Jamie Monks said: "I had no hesitation in offering the two new jobs to Paul, (Sutch), and Jayson, (Vernon). They have been volunteering for a few months and were already doing the job so they deserved them".
Paul who had been unemployed for 18 months and volunteering at Total Reuse for several months said: "I'm just made up". Jason had been out of work for almost 4 years and described the news that he had the job as: "Fantastic, belting. There a great set of lads that I am working with and I'm over the moon".
